Cranberry Sparkle (Served in Champagne Flutes)

Ingredients:
o 120 ml cranberry juice
o 120 ml sparkling wine
o 15 ml orange liqueur
o Fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Combine the cranberry juice and sparkling wine, add the orange liqueur, and garnish
with cranberries and rosemary. This vibrant cocktail is as festive as it is delicious.

Winter Spiced Old Fashioned (Served in Tumblers)

Ingredients:
o 60 ml bourbon
o 1 sugar cube
o 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
o 10 ml water
o Orange peel and a cinnamon stick for garnish

Muddle the sugar cube with bitters and water in one of our tumblers. Add bourbon, a large ice cube, and garnish with orange peel and a cinnamon stick for a heartwarming sip.

Peppermint Martini (Served in Martini Glasses)

Ingredients:
o 60 ml vanilla vodka
o 30 ml white crème de cacao
o 30 ml peppermint schnapps
o Crushed candy canes for rimming the glass

Rim your Diamante Home martini glass with crushed candy canes. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and enjoy this minty delight.

6 Geese-A-Laying (Served in tumblers)

Ingredients:
o 6 medium eggs
o 150g caster sugar
o 500ml whole milk
o 400ml double cream
o 350ml rum or bourbon
o Grated nutmeg

Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with 100g of the caster sugar until the mixture is pale yellow and thick. Stir in the milk, double cream, and the rum and/or bourbon. You can add a little grated nutmeg as well. When ready to serve, using a handheld electric mixer, whisk the egg whites until foamy and opaque. Add the remaining 50g of sugar and whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form when the whisk is removed. Pour the egg nog into a large bowl and fold in the egg whites until well combined. Ladle into glass tumblers and serve with a little freshly grated nutmeg over the top of each glass.

Christmas Punch (Served in a hi-ball)

Ingredients:
o 250ml Dry Gin
o Bunch of red grapes
o 750ml prosecco
o 1l cloudy apple juice
o Ice
o 50ml herbal liqueur
o 1 ball stem ginger finely sliced
o 3-4 sprigs of rosemary
o 1 clementine finely sliced

The day before you want to serve, put the grapes in the freezer for around 8-12 hrs, or until frozen. Chill the prosecco and apple juice in the fridge. When you’re ready to serve, put the frozen grapes and a generous handful of ice in a large 2-3 litre punch bowl and pour the gin and all of the remaining ingredients on top. Stir gently to combine, then serve in one of our elegant hi-ball glasses. Sits well for up to 3 hrs before putting the ice in.
